What do I need to know before I make my deposit?

Always ensure you have sufficient funds in your account prior to making your deposits.
You may receive an email with the subject "Citadel Commerce Transaction Receipt" confirming the deposit you have just made with E-Check – please retain this for your records.
If you are a first time E-Check user, you may be limited to $500.00 for the first week (higher limits apply thereafter).
E-Check is currently available only for those players in the United States and Canada with U.S or Canadian bank accounts.
Just like a paper check, your bank may apply NSF fees or charges for bounced checks (For any EFT or ACH bank draft that is returned unpaid, consumers will be billed a bank generated NSF fee of $30.00)
