When you cash out, if you have only purchased with a credit card, then the casino

Why do credit card transactions get declined?
The most common reasons for credit card declines are:
You are over your credit card credit limit.
You have submitted incomplete or incorrect information (name, address and telephone
number entered should always match the credit card company’s records)
You did not enter the right CVV2 number (the 3 digit code on the back of your
credit card)
Your credit card issuing bank does not authorize you to make internet gambling
transactions, in which case we suggest that you try another credit card or choose
another deposit option.
